脱贫迁移青少年社会适应的潜类别及相关因素

A latent profile analysis of social adaptation and related factors in relocated youths for poverty alleviation

摘要 目的:了解脱贫迁移青少年社会适应的潜在类别,分析社会适应类型的相关因素。方法:选取脱贫迁移青少年895人(男434人,女461人,年龄12~17岁),使用青少年社会适应状况评估量表(ASAAS)和学校氛围量表(SCS)调查社会适应状况、学校氛围感知情况。利用潜在剖面分析对社会适应进行分类,采用稳健三步法(R3STEP)的多项式logistic回归分析探讨社会适应类型的相关因素。结果:脱贫迁移青少年社会适应可分为“社会适应良好型”(20.3%)、“社会适应矛盾型”(66.2%)和“社会适应不良型”(13.5%)。R3STEP的多项式logistic回归分析发现,相较于社会适应良好型而言,教师支持(OR=0.84、0.73)和同伴支持(OR=0.89、0.91)获得较少者和男性(OR=2.50)更容易产生社会适应问题。结论:脱贫迁移青少年社会适应存在不同的特征群体,较高的教师支持与同伴支持有助于脱贫迁移青少年的社会适应。 Objective:To understand the latent types and related factors of social adaptation in relocated youths for poverty alleviation.Methods:Totally 895 young people(434 males and 461 females,aged 12-17 years)who were relocated for poverty alleviation were selected.They were assessed with the Adolescent Social Adaptation Scale(ASAAS)and School Climate Scale(SCS)for evaluating social adaptation status and perception of school atmosphere.The latent profile analysis was used to classify social adaptation,and the robust three-step method(R3STEP)was used to explore the factors related to the type of social adaptation.Results:The social adaptation of relocated youths for poverty alleviation and relocation could be divided into“good social adaptation type”(20.3%),“social adaptation contradictory type”(66.2%)and“social adaptation type”(13.5%).A multinomial logistic regression analysis using a robust three-step method showed that compared with the well-adapted type,those with less teacher support(OR=0.84,0.73)and peer support(OR=0.89,0.91)and females(OR=2.50)were more likely to have social adaptation problems.Conclusion:There are different characteristic groups in the social adaptation of relocated youths for poverty alleviation and relocation.Higher teacher support and peer support may be helpful to the social adaptation of relocation youths for poverty alleviation.
