摘要
通过阐述人工智能与中小学教师个性化培训的研究背景,解读了人工智能与个性化培训的核心内涵。通过分析中小学教师个性化培训的现状问题和归因,提出人工智能时代中小学教师个性化培训的实现策略。
By expatiating the research background of artificial intelligence and personalized training for primary and secondary school teachers,this paper interprets the core connotation of artificial intelligence and personalized training for primary and secondary school teachers,analyzes the current situation and problems of personalized training for primary and secondary school teachers,puts forward the implementation strategies of personalized training for primary and secondary school teachers in the era of artificial intelligence.
