摘要
建设海洋强国、建成教育强国是中国面向2035的重要战略目标。在此背景下,第二届中国海洋教育论坛围绕海洋教育学科建设与发展研究、海洋专业教育与人才培养研究、学校海洋教育实践研究与社会海洋教育研究等领域开展学术研讨,提出了完善学科体系、聚焦海洋思维品质锻造、推动从海洋意识教育向海洋素养教育转变、重视海洋教育战略性等观点,为加快构建海洋教育学科体系、推动形成海洋教育专业化队伍、服务海洋教育实践进行了重要的探索。
Building a marine power and an educational power is an important strategic goal for China to face the 2035-year Plan,under this background,the second China Marine Education Forum carried out heated academic discussions in the fields of marine education discipline construction and development research,marine professional education and talent training research,school marine education practice research and social marine education research.Some viewpoints are put forward,such as perfecting the discipline system,focusing on the forging of marine thinking quality,promoting the transformation from marine consciousness education to marine literacy education,and attaching importance to the strategy of marine education.The research results have made an important exploration for speeding up the construction of marine education discipline system,promoting the formation of marine education professional team,and serving the practice of marine education.
