基层老年教育的实践与探索——以慈溪市宗汉街道老年教育为例

Practice and Exploration of Grassroots Elderly Education——Taking the Elderly Education in Zonghan Community of Cixi City as an Example

发展老年教育是积极应对人口老龄化、建设学习型社会的重要举措。通过对慈溪市宗汉街道老年教育的现状分析、存在问题剖析,提出了解决问题的五条对策建议:一是建立社区老年教育经费保障机制;二是推动通用型老年优质学习资源共享;三是打破教学单一性,增强教学实效性;四是建立一支德才兼备的老年教育专兼职师资队伍;五是规范管理,提升老年教育办学质量。

The development of elderly education is an important measure to actively deal with the aging population and build a learning society.Through the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the elderly education in Zonghan community,this paper puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems:first,establish the fund guarantee mechanism of community elderly education;second,promote the sharing of universal high-quality learning resources for the elderly;third,break the singularity of teaching and enhance the effectiveness of teaching;fourth,establish a team of full-time and part-time teachers with both ability and political integrity;fifth,standardize management and improve the school running quality of elderly education.
