现存中医眼科古籍书目信息的计量分析与思考

Bibliometric analysis and thought on the bibliographic information of ancient ophthalmic books of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的通过对现存中医眼科专著文献书目进行统计与分析,揭示古代中医眼科文献的存世状况与发展演变规律。方法对《中国中医古籍总目》著录的所有眼科书目信息,从文献的成书时间、版本年代、版本类型、存世古籍版本数、收录于丛书情况、现代影印与整理出版情况等方面进行统计与分析。结果259种中医眼科文献,成书于1911年(含1911年)前的古代文献159种,成书于民国时期文献100种;版本年为明代8种、清代82种、民国104种、年代不详65种;版本类型主要为抄本、刻本、铅印本、石印本等;眼科孤本文献共计162种,占全部总量的62.55%;有42种眼科文献被影印或整理校点出版,占全部总量的16.22%。结论中医眼科专著体现了不同历史时期中医眼科的理论与诊疗技术水平发展情况,现存古代眼科文献及其中蕴含的中医眼科理论与知识精华,亟待抢救整理与发掘利用。

OBJECTIVE To reveal the existing status and evolution law of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)ophthalmology literature through the statistics and analysis of the existing bibliography of TCM ophthalmology monographs.METHODS Ophthalmic bibliographic information recorded in The Catalogue of Chinese Ancient Books of Traditional Chinese Medicine were statistically analyzed in terms of the time of completion,the year of edition,the type of edition,the number of editions of ancient books in existence,the situation of being included in series,and the situation of modern photocopying,sorting and publishing.RESULTS Among the 259 kinds of ophthalmic literature,159 kinds of them were written before 1911(including 1911).There were 100 kinds of documents in the period of the Republic of China.There were 8 kinds of editions in Ming Dynasty,82 editions in Qing Dynasty,104 editions in Republic of China,and 65 editions of unknown years;The main types of editions were copy,block printed,lead printed,stone printed,etc.There were 162 kinds of isolated ophthalmic literature,accounting for 62.55% of the total;42 kinds of ophthalmic literature had been photocopied or collated and published,accounting for 16.22% of the total.CONCLUSIONS The ophthalmology monograph of TCM reflects the development of TCM ophthalmology theory and diagnosis and treatment technology in different historical periods.The existing ancient ophthalmology literature and the essence of TCM ophthalmology theory and knowledge are urgently needed to be salvaged,collated and excavated.
