江苏省高校图书馆知识产权信息服务现状调查研究

Investigation and study on the present situation of intellectual property information service of university libraries in Jiangsu province

知识产权信息服务是高校图书馆有条件开展,亦是助力高校科技创新的一项信息服务业务。高校图书馆具有开展知识产权服务的资源、人员和技术等优势。文章基于江苏省内15所具有教育部科技查新工作站资质的大学图书馆信息,证实高校图书馆对知识产权信息服务重视度不够、专业人员不足、信息服务深度不够,需要图书馆加大宣传、组建团队,逐步开展知识产权信息服务。

Intellectual property information service is a kind of information service business for university libraries to develop according to their conditions,and also for helping university sci-tech innovation.University libraries have the advantage of developing the resources,personnel and technology of the intellectual property service.Based on the information of 15 university libraries with the qualification of sci-tech innovation searching workstations of the Ministry of Education in Jiangsu province,this paper proves that the university libraries do not pay enough attention to the intellectual property information service,lack professional personnel and the depth of information service.It is necessary for the libraries to increase publicity,set up teams,and gradually develop intellectual property information services.
