摘要
科学技术是第一生产力,创新是引领发展的第一动力。文章通过系统论述科技创新的重要意义,全面分析滨海当前科技创新工作的县情实际,研究指出实施"四大工程"、赋能"三大跨越"的现实路径,旨在通过强化创新驱动战略,加快产业集群壮大、企业主体培育、载体平台打造、环境生态优化,推动实现经济发展方式转变、增长动力转换、经济结构优化,助力推进滨海加快实现起跳跨越式发展。
Science and technology are the first productive forces,innovation is the first driving force leading development.Through the systematic discussion of the important significance of sci-tech innovation,this paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation of the county situation of sci-tech innovation work in Binhai,and points out the practical path of implementing“Four Big Projects”and enabling“Three Big Leaps”,aiming at accelerating the growth of industrial cluster,the cultivation of enterprise main body,the creation of carrier platform,the optimization of environment ecology through enhanced innovation-driven strategies,thus promoting the transformation of economic development mode,the transformation of growth power,the optimization of economic structure,and helping to accelerate the realization of leap development in Binhai.
