地方师范院校大学生创新创业教育的现实困境与提升路径——以湖州师范学院为例

Research on the reality dilemma and improvement path of innovation and entrepreneurship education of students in local normal universities and colleges:taking Huzhou Normal University as an example

随着教育改革的深化,创新创业型人才培育已成为高等教育供给侧改革和社会经济结构转型的关键。而地方师范院校在大学生创新创业教育中存在创业基础薄弱、人才队伍建设偏颇、配套资金与技术成熟度低等无效供给的现实困境。为突破此困境,文章以湖州师范学院为例,根据湖师院校创新创业教育的困境与措施,从顶层设计、师资建设、平台实践、校园文化等层面为地方师范院校提出适切性、有效性的具体实施策略,如要加强创新创业人才培养方案顶层设计和协同推进;强化创新创业教育师资队伍建设和校地共育;加大创新创业教育平台建设和品牌示范;注重校园创新创业文化建设和精神引领等,从而全面提升地方院校学校人才培养质量和毕业生就业竞争力,增强湖州师范学院支撑地方科技进步、经济发展的能力。

With the deepening of education reform,the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents has become the core issue of the supply side reform of higher education,which is the strategic adjustment and transformation of social and economic structure.However,due to the historical and development reasons of its origin,local colleges and universities have the reality dilemma of weak entrepreneurial foundation,biased talent team construction,low maturity of supporting funds and technology,and ineffective supply in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students.In order to break through this dilemma,this paper takes Huzhou Normal University as an example,according to the dilemma and measures of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Huzhou Normal University,from the top-level design,teacher construction,platform practice,campus culture and other aspects,puts forward appropriate and effective specific implementation strategies for local colleges and universities such as strengthening the top-level design and collaborative promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training program;strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training and graduates’employment competitiveness in local colleges and universities,and enhance the ability of the university to support local sci-tech progress and economic development.
