摘要
当前我国装配式建筑的施工工艺仍大量沿用传统现浇结构的做法,这种做法不仅费工费时,而且成本优势也不明显。预制构件本身具有较大的承载力,在施工中若能充分利用,可实现施工作业的优化和施工效率的提升。基于新型梁柱节点、预应力混凝土钢管桁架叠合板的研究运用,本文对施工支撑方案进行了改进和创新,构建了一种装配式混凝土框架结构快速建造体系,采用有限元软件MIDAS/Gen进行了模拟分析,论证了方案的可行性。研究成果对装配式建筑的设计和施工建造具有一定的参考意义。
At present, the traditional cast-in-place structure is still widely used in the construction of prefabricated buildings in China, not only the duration may be longer, but also the cost advantage is not obvious. Prefabricated components have large bearing capacity, which should be fully utilized in the construction to achieve the optimization of construction work and efficiency improvement. Based on the research and application of new beam column joints and prestressed concrete steel tube truss composite plates, and the improvement and innovation of construction support scheme, this paper constructs a rapid construction system of prefabricated concrete frame structure, which has certain reference significance for the design and construction of prefabricated buildings.The results of FEA software MIDAS/Gen show that the support schemes are safe and feasible.
