文章介绍了互联网高速发展以及新冠疫情肆虐背景下的石化销售企业面临的机遇和挑战,概述了转型发展总体思路,着重对一些转型措施进行了研究分析,包括以微商模式促企业转型、建立人才激励机制、夯实数字化转型培训基础、构建培训数字化转型模式等。
This paper introduces the opportunities and challenges which faced by petrochemical sales enterprises under the background of the rapid development of the internet and the rampant outbreak of COVID-19,summarizes the general idea of transformation and development,and emphatically studies and analyzes some transformation measures,including Wechat business mode promoting transformation,establishing talent incentive mechanism,laying solid foundation for training of digital transformation,and constructing training digital transformation mode,et al.
