Research and Application of Energy Efficiency Monitoring of Equipment and Apparatus

用能设备能效监测是企业能源管理重要组成部分。《中华人民共和国节约能源法》和《重点用能单位节能管理办法》、GB/T23331—2012《能源管理体系要求》及相关的技术标准对机电设备的能效都做出明确规定。但在实际生产中,相关企业对此机电设备能效关注度不高,在体系内审、能源审计过程中,往往走马观花,并未深入研究与探讨。针对此问题,文章分析了企业用能设备能源管理要点、能效监测方法。

Energy eff iciency monitoring of equipment and apparatus is an important part of the energy management for enterprises.The“Energy Conservation Law of the People’s Republic of China”“Management Measures for Energy Conservation of Key Energy-Using Units”“Energy Management System Requirements”(GB/T 23331—2012),and related technical standards make clear provisions on the energy eff iciency of electromechanical equipment.In fact,companies are not paying much attention to the energy eff iciency of this electromechanical equipment.In the process of system extension and energy auditing,they tend to skim the surface rather than research and discuss deeply.In response to this problem,the main points of energy management of enterprise energy-using equipment and energy eff iciency monitoring methods are analyzed.
