Safety Management and Troubleshooting of Electrical Operation in Thermal Power Plant

随着社会的发展和生产的需求,化工企业的设备也在逐渐变得大型化和智能化,这给生产带了有效的帮助。化工企业的生产经营活动离不开设备的正常运转,而设备的正常运转要靠电力支撑。没有电力的供应企业无法完成生产任务,火电厂作为电力供应的主力军,承担着非常重的任务。尤其是近年来用电量急剧增加,给火电厂的经营提出了更高的要求。火电厂在为化工企业提供稳定持续的电力供应的同时,更要保证自身的安全生产,做好安全管理和故障处理工作是确保火电厂完成生产任务的基本保证。文章结合笔者多年的工作经验,对火电厂电气运行安全管理和故障处理提出了一些建议。

With the development of society and the demand of production,the equipment of chemical enterprises is gradually becoming large and intelligent,which has brought effective help to production.The production and operation of chemical enterprises is closely related to the normal operation of equipment,and the normal operation of equipment depends on the power support.The chemical enterprises can not complete the production task without power supply,and thermal power plants plays an important role of power supply.Especially in recent years,the rapid increase of power consumption has put forward higher requirements for the operation of thermal power plants.Thermal power plants should ensure that they can provide power supply for chemical enterprises steadily and continuously while realizing safe production.The safety management and fault handling are the basic guarantee to ensure the thermal power plant to complete the production task.Based on the author’s working experience for many years,some suggestions are put forward for the safety management and fault treatment of electric power plant.
