摘要
目前中国在煤矿安全管理方面仍存在一些问题。其中,由于煤矿安全预警模型不完善,导致出现煤矿事故时,预警系统响应时间过长。为此,研究基于AHP-SPA的煤矿安全管理方法,提升预警响应速度十分必要。基于APH-SPA法划分为6个煤矿风险等级,构建煤矿安全预警模型,设计煤矿安全管理模式,完成煤矿安全管理方法设计。实验结果:采用文中安全预警模型的系统在矿井涌水量超标的情况下,平均响应时间比两组传统系统分别快了13.643 s和5.226 s,在瓦斯出涌量超标的情况下,平均响应时间比两组传统系统分别快了12.536 s和5.893 s,采用文中煤矿安全预警模型的系统响应时间最快。
At present,there are still some problems in coal mine safety management in China.Due to the imperfect coal mine safety early warning model,the response time of the early warning system is too long when a coal mine accident occurs.For this reason,it is very important to study the coal mine safety management based on AHP-SPA for shorting the response time.Based on the APH-SPA method,it is divided into six coal mine risk levels,the coal mine safety early warning model is constructed,the coal mine safety management model is designed,and the coal mine safety management method design is completed.Experimental results:when the mine water inflow exceeds the standard,the average response time of the system using the safety warning model in the article is 13.643 s and 5.226 s faster than the two traditional systems,respectively.When the gas influx exceeds the standard,the average response time is faster than The two groups of traditional systems were 12.536 s and 5.893 s faster,respectively,and the response time of the system using the coal mine safety early warning model in the article was the fastest.
