高校药学院实验室安全管理难点与痛点

The Diff iculties and Pain Points of Laboratory Safety Management in School of Pharmacy

各高等院校实验室管理中的重点是实验室安全管理工作,药学院(系)教学实验室及科研实验室涵盖了化学类、仪器类、生物类、动物类等多种类型的实验,管理工作较为复杂。本文通过对药学院(系)实验室中危险化学品、危险废弃物、压力容器、高压气瓶、低温设备、高温设备、高速旋转设备、生物(包括菌种、细胞)等存在的安全隐患进行分析和比较,将药学院实验室安全管理工作中所产生的难点和痛点进行了梳理,总结出药学院实验室安全管理的难点与痛点,并进一步提出了药学院(系)实验室的安全风险管理办法及思路,为其他高校药学院(系)实验室的安全设施建设及安全管理体制建设提供了参考。

Laboratory safety management is the key point in the safety management of universities.The teaching laboratories and scientif ic laboratories of the school(department)of pharmacy covers various types of experiments such as chemistry,instrument,biology and animal,laboratory safety management of them is complex.Through the analysis and comparison of the safety hazards in the laboratory,for example,hazardous chemicals,hazardous waste,pressure vessels,high-pressure gas cylinders,cryogenic equipment,high-temperature equipment,high-speed rotating equipment,and organisms(including strains,cells),we pondered over and combined the diff iculty and pain points in the process of laboratory safety management.This paper summarized the diff iculty and pain points in the laboratory safety management,and further proposed some safety risk management methods and ideas,which provides some reference and help about the construction of safety facilities and safety management system of laboratories for schools(departments)of Pharmacy in other universities.
