煤层气管道安全管理问题分析及其对策

Analysis and Countermeasures on Safety Management of Coalbed Methane Pipeline

煤层气管道的安全管理工作是煤层气企业安全管理的重要环节。作者根据现有研究资料,结合自身在煤层气管道安全管理工作中的一些经验,以中联公司为例,在阐述煤层气管道安全管理重要性的基础上,分析了煤层气管道安全管理中的问题,认为现有问题主要集中在巡检制度落实不到位、现场安全提示设施不符合安全管理要求等方面上。针对存在的问题提出了加强煤层气管道林区巡检等建议。

The safety management of CBM pipeline is an important part of the safety management of CBM enterprises.Based on the existing research data and some experience in the safety management of CBM pipeline,taking Zoomlion company as an example,based on the importance of safety management of CBM pipeline,analyzed the problems in the safety management of CBM pipeline,and thought that the existing problems mainly focused on the implementation of inspection system was not in place on site safety facilities do not meet the requirements of safety management.In view of the existing problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the inspection of coalbed methane pipeline in forest area.
