摘要
独山子石化公司苯乙烯装置尾气系统E-2439至E-2420段的工艺管线管道壁出现减薄速率增大的现象,严重影响设备安全。文章通过现场收集、模拟实验、查询设计资料等方法,论证了该现象发生的原因与CO_(2)腐蚀、冲刷腐蚀、冲蚀磨损等因素有直接关系,同时分析出了这些变化对管道壁减薄速率产生的影响。通过论证,寻找到了上述工艺管道壁减薄速率增大的原因。
The thinning rate of process pipeline wall in E-2439 to E-2420 section of styrene unit tail gas system of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company increased,which seriously affected the safety of equipment.By means of f ield collection,simulation experiment and query of design data,this paper demonstrates that the causes of this phenomenon are directly related to CO2 corrosion,erosion corrosion,erosion wear and other factors,and analyzes the influence of these changes on the thinning rate of pipeline wall.Through demonstration,the reason for the increase of the thinning rate of the above process pipe wall is found.
