基于热力学目标分析的进料分流预热精馏塔优化措施

摘要 文章针对精馏塔预热效率,从热力学理论的角度进行了传热传质的分析,总结优化的思路,给出需要考虑的优化问题;建立了简单塔和双股进料的复杂塔IRS曲线,给出实现精馏塔节能和正常操作的思路。对精馏塔的研究,以提升热力学效率为主,方法则是将单股进料转变为双股,单就预热靠近再沸器的一侧进行进料,针对预热量和分流率以及进料位置进行调整。 In view of the preheating efficiency of the distillation column,the heat and mass transfer was analyzed from the viewpoint of thermodynamics,the ideas for optimization were summarized,and the problems needed to be considered in the optimization were given,the idea of realizing energy saving and normal operation of distillation column is given.The improvement of thermodynamic efficiency is the main method in the study of distillation column.The method is to change the single feed into the double feed,and the single feed is preheated to the side near the reboiler.
