中国休闲渔业的空间溢出效应及影响因素研究

Study on the Spatial Spillover Effect of Recreational Fisheries in China and Its Influencing Factors

采用2004-2019年我国11个沿海省份休闲渔业相关数据,通过构建经济权重矩阵,测量全局和局域莫兰指数,探究我国休闲渔业发展的空间相关性,并利用空间计量模型分析交通便利性、技术培训、劳动力投入、旅游者生活水平、旅游发展水平对我国休闲渔业发展的影响。结果表明:我国沿海省域休闲渔业发展存在正向的空间溢出效应,大部分省域分布在一、三象限,即高-高、低-低型区域,旅游者生活水平和旅游发展水平发挥重要作用;劳动力投入起到一定的抑制作用,交通便利性和技术培训影响并不显著。

Based on the inventory data of 11 coastal provinces in China from 2004 to 2019,this paper explored the spatial correlation of re-creational fishery development by constructing an economic weight matrix to measure the global and local Moran indexes.Used the spatial econ-ometric model,this paper analyzed the influence of transportation convenience,technical training,labor input,living standard of tourists and tourism development level on the development of leisure fishery in China.The results showed that:There was a positive spatial spillover effect in the development of recreational fishery in coastal provinces of China.Most provinces were distributed in the first and third quadrants,namely high-high,low-low regions;the living standards of tourists and the development level of tourism played an important role;labor input had a certain inhibiting effect;transportation convenience and technical training had no significant effect.
