摘要
结合上海轨道交通某车站附属工程,对分节预制地下连续墙设计方案、施工方案、应用效果等进行了介绍。通过引入横向接头,将单幅连续墙分为上、下两节进行预制,现场再进行装配施工,使得预制地下连续墙可以应用于更深开挖深度的基坑工程。对横向型钢接头设计方案、预制及安装过程质量控制要点等进行了详细介绍,工程监测结果表明,相关方案与措施符合施工要求,所总结的经验可供类似工程参考。
Combined with the auxiliary project of a station of Shanghai rail transit,the design scheme,construction scheme and application effect of prefabricated diaphragm wall are introduced.By introducing the transverse joint,the single diaphragm wall is divided into upper and lower segments for prefabrication,and then the assembly construction is carried out on site,so that the prefabricated diaphragm wall can be applied to the foundation pit engineering with deeper excavation depth.The design scheme of transverse section steel joint,quality control points of prefabrication and installation process are introduced in detail.The engineering monitoring results show that the relevant schemes and measures meet the construction requirements,and the summarized experience can be used as reference for similar projects.
