摘要 在城镇快速化改造中,高架桥梁跨现有河道与道路时常采用钢-混凝土组合梁,但在复杂环境下,连续吊装超大跨度钢-混凝土组合梁的工艺尚不成熟。结合两港大道快速化工程中超长跨度钢-混凝土组合梁吊装实例,经对原设计方案优化后,合理总结出了钢箱梁吊装、压型钢板铺设等关键施工工艺,可为今后同类工程的施工提供参考。 In the rapid transformation of urbanization, the steel-concrete composite beams are often used for viaducts crossing existing rivers and roads, but the technology of continuous hoisting of super long-span steel-concrete composite beams is not mature in complex environment. Combined with the hoisting example of super long span steel-concrete composite beam in Lianggang Avenue rapid engineering, after optimizing the original design scheme, this paper reasonably summarizes the key construction technologies of steel box beam hoisting and profiled steel plate laying, which can provide a reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
