超高大中庭因其结构离地高度高、造型多变等特点导致防火和防腐涂料施工难度大。以岗厦天元花园为例,介绍位于56~69层的超高渐变式中庭的防火、防腐涂料施工工艺。阐述了网架涂装施工平台的设计、施工关键点,希望能为今后超高中庭的涂料涂装施工提供借鉴。

The construction of fire-proof and anti-corrosion coatings for super-high atrium is very difficult because of its high height from the ground and variable shape.Taking Gangxia Tianyuan Garden as an example,this paper introduces the construction technology of fire-proof and anti-corrosion coatings for the super-high gradient atrium on the 56th to 69th floors.This paper expounds the design and construction key points of the grid frame coating construction platform,hoping to provide reference for the future super-high atrium coating construction.
