摘要
合肥科技馆新馆属于特大型结构,具有混凝土体积大、工程条件复杂、施工工艺要求高、水泥水化发热量高、结构易产生温度变形等特点。面对此类问题,在工程中将适当位置的温度后浇带改为膨胀加强带,并使用含有膨胀剂的补偿收缩混凝土,实现多块区域同时施工,使地下室提前封闭,提高了结构的整体性能,解决了后浇带施工缝处常出现的开裂、渗漏等质量问题,提高了整体防水性能。
The new Hefei Science and Technology Museum is a super large structure,which has the characteristics of large con crete volume,complex engineering conditi ons,high constructio n tech no logy requireme nts,high hydration heat of cement,and easy temperature deformation of the structure.In the face of such problems,in the project,the temperature post cast strip at the appropriate position is changed into expansion reinforcing strip,and the shrinkage compensating concrete containing expansion agent is used to realize the simultaneous construction of multiple areas,so that the basement is closed in advance,the overall performance of the structure is improved,the quality problems such as cracking and leakage at the construction joints of the post cast strip are solved,and the overall waterproof performance is improved.
