超大规模内支撑拆除的安全保障与效率提升

Safety Guarantee and Efficiency Improvement of Super-large Scale Internal Support Demolition

结合深圳市水贝村城市更新项目,对基坑超大规模内支撑的拆除方法进行了介绍。通过制定分区分段拆撑顺序和双环撑卸载方法,采用移动式可调节型钢马凳作为回顶架,与绳锯机静力切割完美结合,圆满完成了拆撑任务,也为类似基坑支撑拆除提供了借鉴。

Combined with the urban renewal project of Shuibei village in Shenzhen City,this paper introduces the demolition method of super-large scale internal support of foundation pit.Through the formulation of partition and subsection support demolition sequence and double ring support unloading method,the movable adjustable section steel horse stool is used as the top frame,which is perfectly combined with the static cutting of wire saw machine,and the support demolition task is successfully completed,which also provides a reference for similar foundation pit support demolition.
