摘要
针对采用常规砂箱进行临时支撑卸载时,无法精确控制卸载量的问题,研究了一种改进的临时支撑拆除工艺。通过采用钢丸砂箱代替石英砂砂箱,达到了精确控制卸载量的目的,并在大型悬挑钢结构工程施工中取得了很好的效果,为类似工程提供了参考。
Aiming at the problem that the unloading amount can not be accurately controlled when the conventional sandbox is used for temporary support unloading,an improved temporary support removal process is studied.By using steel shot sandbox instead of quartz sandbox,the unloading qua ntity is accurately con trolled,and good results are achieved in the construction of large cantilever steel structure,which provides a reference for similar projects.
