摘要
以上海浦东新区黄浦江沿岸E10单元E06-2地块商业办公项目为例,根据场内障碍物种类多、施工场地紧张的特点进行分类,分别采用明挖、全回旋清理、土体加固等不同清障方法对场内障碍物予以清除。通过分析如何在城市中心日益紧凑的施工场地条件下,对不同类型的障碍物采取综合性清障技术,来保障工程的顺利开展,为类似深基坑工程提供了实践经验和技术指导。
Taking the commercial office project of E06-2 plot of E10 unit along the Huangpu River in Pudong New Area of Shanghai as an example,according to the many types of obstacles on site,the characteristics of crowded construction site,different obstacle removal methods of open excavation,full swing cleaning,soil reinforcement and so on,have been adopted.Through the analysis of how to take comprehensive obstacle removal technology for different types of obstacles to ensure the smooth development of the project under the increasingly compact construction site conditions in the city center,this paper provides practical experience and technical guidance for similar deep foundation pit projects.
