摘要
城市供热管道、石油管道等穿越障碍物时常采用顶管法施工,在顶管贯通后,会在顶管隧道内再进行输送供热管道、石油管道等安装施工。针对采用传统工艺时存在的管道、管口变形,管道焊接质量差、成形质量差,维护成本高等问题,通过BIM建模对传统工艺进行优化,设计了一套约束输送与支撑的装置,同时介绍了该装置的设计、制作和施工方法。经验证,施工效果较好,在提高工程质量的同时,保证了施工安全及工期,社会效益和经济效益明显,具有一定的参考价值。
The pipe jacking method is often large diameter steel pipe Installation used in the construction of urban heat supply pipeline and oil pipeline crossing obstacles.After the pipe jacking is completed,the installation of heat supply pipeline and oil pipeline will be carried out in the pipe jacking tunnel.Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional process,such as the deformation of pipeline and nozzle,poor welding quality and forming quality of pipeline,and high maintenance cost,this paper optimizes the traditional process through BIM modeling,and designs a set of device to restrict transportation and support,and introduces the design,manufacturing and construction methods of the device.It is verified that the construction effect is good,the construction safety and construction period are ensured while the project quality is improved,and the social and economic benefits are obvious,which has a certain reference value.
