盾构机长距离全断面上下平行穿越已建地下通道施工技术

摘要 结合上海轨道交通14号线12标浦东南路站—浦东大道站—源深路站—昌邑路站3个区间盾构机长距离全断面穿越已建东西通道结构的施工工况,针对地下通道结构监测数据迟滞且无法及时、有效地反馈地层变形情况的特点,通过前期的结构调查,对盾构机在已建地下通道下方的土压力计算设定进行理论分析、对同步注浆技术及同步注浆量判定进行优化,以及对盾构机穿越地下通道结构施工缝的施工参数设定进行研究,对已建地下通道受盾构机穿越影响的监测数据进行分析,保障了已建地下通道的结构变形安全,总结的施工经验可供相关项目借鉴。 Combined with the construction condition of shield machine crossing the existing East-West passage structure with long distance and full cross section in Pudongnan Road station,Pudong Avenue station,Yuanshen Road station and Changyi Road Station of bid 12 of Shanghai rail transit line 14,aiming at the characteristics that the monitoring data of underground passage structure is delayed and can't timely and effectively feed back the stratum deformation,through the early structural investigation,the paper analyzes the construction condition of underground passage structure.This paper analyzes the calculation and setting of soil pressure of shield machine under the existing underground passage,optimizes the synchr onous grouting technology and the determi nation of synchronous grouti ng amount,studies the construction parameter setting of shield machine crossing the construction joint of underground passage structure,and analyzes the monitoring data of the existing underground passage affected by shield machine crossing.The summarized construction experience can be used for reference by related projects.
