摘要
针对具体施工项目,介绍了能够减少对森林植被破坏的城市森林空中步道Y形柱钢框架梁结构体系,并对该结构进行了工况受力分析,经验证,该类结构具有现场焊接工作量较小、施工速度快、受力可靠等优点。同时,介绍了不同构造形式的安装工艺及节点连接方式,有效解决了复杂高坡度山地、工期紧凑、生产安装精度要求高等难题,实现了30 d内完成3.4 km长线段空中步道的施工需求。总结的施工经验可为类似项目提供借鉴。
According to the specific construction project, this paper introduces the Y-shaped column steel frame beam structure system of urban forest aerial trail, which can reduce the damage to forest vegetation, and analyzes the stress of the structure under working conditions. After verification, this kind of structure has the advantages of less welding workload, fast construction speed, reliable load-carrying capacity and so on. At the same time, the installation technology and joint connection mode of different structural forms are introduced, which effectively solves the problems of complex high slope mountain, tight construction period, high production and installation accuracy requirements, and realizes the construction requirements of 3.4 km long aerial trail within 30 days. The construction experience summarized can provide reference for similar projects.
