摘要 以广州市天河区棠下涌流域内排水管网修复为例,对紫外光固化非开挖管道修复技术进行了总结。针对繁忙路段排水管道Ⅲ级结构破损问题,通过优化UV-CIPP内衬软管施工工艺、改进紫外光固化修复方法,使得城区排水管道修复效果良好,缩短了施工工期,节约了施工成本,并且适用性强。总结的施工经验可供类似工程借鉴。 Taking the repair of drainage pipe network in Tangxiayong watershed of Tianhe District of Guangzhou City as an example,the repair tech no logy of UV curing tren chless pipeline is summarized.Aiming at the grade III structure damage of drain age pipeli ne in busy road section,by optimizi ng the construction tech no logy of UV-CIPP lined hose and improving the UV curing repair method,the urban drainage pipeline repair effect is good,the construction period is shortened,the construction cost is saved,and the applicability is excellent.The summarized construction experience can be used for reference in similar projects.
