Taking seal management in risk management of Shanghai Construction Group as the breakthrough point,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to establish a comprehensive risk management organization system,do a good job in beforehand prevention,in-process control and post-disposal,and improve the seal management system of the group under the new situation,so as to explore an effective management mechanism and ensure that the group's risk management rights and responsibilities match,accurately implement policies,and effectively implement the seal management system and legal compliance.
