吸力桶基础安装监测技术在海上风电施工中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在我国新能源大发展背景下,海上风电发展突飞猛进,吸力筒基础具有安装快速、便于拆装等优点,在海上风电建设中引入使用。本文以海上风电建设中吸力桶沉放为例,在桶基础沉放过程中,对桶基础内外压差、实时空间位置、贯入深度(速度)、倾斜度监测,并为吸力桶基础吊装等施工人员提供实时监测数据。采用高精度GPS、倾斜仪、测深仪、压力计和流量计组合进行风电吸力桶沉放过程数据实时监测。 Under the background of the great development of new energy in China,offshore wind power is developing rapidly.Suction tube foundation has the advantages of fast installation and easy disassembly,which is introduced into the construction of offshore wind power.In this paper,the suction bucket sinking in offshore wind power construction is taken as an example.In the process of bucket foundation sinking,the internal and external pressure difference,real-time spatial position,penetration depth(velocity)and inclination of the bucket foundation are monitored,and the real-time monitoring data are provided for the construction personnel of suction bucket foundation lifting.The combination of high-precision GPS,inclinometer,depth sounder,pressure gauge and flowmeter is used for real-time monitoring of wind power suction bucket sinking process data.
