摘要
化工生产具有易燃、易爆、腐蚀性强、有毒等特点,稍有不慎,很容易发生火灾、爆炸事故。近年来,化工事故频发,给国家和企业带来不可挽回的损失,其安全管理问题一直是企业生产过程中的主要难点,国家也因此对化工企业的监管越来越严格。那么,在复杂的化工生产过程中,如何最大限度地减少突发事故,成为人们日益关注的问题。本方案采用先进的UWB无线定位技术,实现在化工场景下对人员的高精度定位,实现厂区人员位置的实时监控和精细化管理,提高厂区安全管理水平。当安全事故发生时,可在第一时间掌握厂区人员的分布情况,协助开展救援工作,大大降低人员伤亡,对挽救人员生命和财产安全具有重大意义。
Chemical production is flammable,explosive,corrosive,and toxic.Little carelessness can easily cause fire and explosion accidents.In recent years,chemical accidents have occurred frequently,causing irreversible losses to the country and enterprises.Safety management has always been the main difficulty in the production process of enterprises,and the country has therefore become more and more stringent in the supervision of chemical enterprises.Then,in the complex chemical production process,how to minimize unexpected accidents has become an issue of increasing concern.This research adopts advanced pulse wireless positioning(UWI3)technology to realize high-precision positioning of personnel in chemical scenarios,realize real-time monitoring and refined management of the location of plant personnel,and improve the level of plant safety management.When an accident occurs,the distribution of people in the factory can he grasped at the first time,which will help to quickly carry out search and rescue work,greatly reduce casualties,and is of great significance to saving lives and property.
