高校OA系统电子文件归档集成研究--以中国海洋大学为例

Research on Integration of Electronic File Filing System in OA System--Take Ocean University of China as an Example

随着高校办公自动化系统的不断提升及应用,产生了大量电子文件,在确保来源可靠、程序规范、要素合规前提下,如何实现档案管理系统与OA系统集成将成为高校亟待解决的问题。通过对57所高校的问卷调查,研究办公自动化系统归档集成现状及存在问题,并根据中国海洋大学电子文件归档工作实践,归纳总结集成工作步骤并详细介绍具体实施过程,为高校OA系统归档集成工作提供了参考案例。

With the continuous improvement and application of office automation system in colleges and universities,large number of electronic documents have been produced.Under the premise of ensuring reliable sources,standardized procedures and compliance of elements,how to realize the integration of archives management system and OA system will become an urgent problem to be solved in colleges and Universities.Through the questionnaire survey of 57 universities,this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of OA system archiving integration.According to the practice of electronic document archiving in Ocean University of China,this paper summarizes the integration steps and introduces the specific implementation process in detail,which provides a reference case for OA system archiving integration in universities.
