This paper analyzes the deficiencies in the operation and service management of Guangzhou Metro,including the service system to be improved,the lag of safety supervision mechanism,the lack of standard system,the lack of management training system,the lack of maintenance management,etc.The purpose is to improve the operation and service management system of Guangzhou Metro and provide more convenient travel conditions for residents.
