省级公共图书馆地方文献数字化建设调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Local Literature Digitization Construction in Provincial Public Libraries

文献资源数字化建设是公共文化服务体系建设的重要内容,也是图书馆开展服务的重要方面。通过网络调查法、文献调研法,对31个省级公共图书馆地方文献数字化建设现状的调查,揭示出其存在缺乏统一规划、地区发展不平衡、建设效果参差不齐等问题。基于这些问题,提出优化省级公共图书馆地方文献数字化建设的建议:制定统一标准、争取多方经费、注重馆员培养等。

The digital construction of literature resources is an important part of the construction of public cultural service system,and also an important aspect of library services.Through the methods of network survey and literature survey,this paper investigates the current situation of local literature digitization construction in 31 provincial public libraries,and reveals the problems such as lack of unified planning,unbalanced regional development and uneven construction effect.Based on these problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the construction of local literature digitization in provincial public libraries,such as formulating unified standards,striving for multi funding,and paying attention to the cultivation of librarians.
