学生管理在大学教学管理中占据着重要的作用,在新时期下,大学的招生规模逐渐扩大,大学生的人数也在逐渐增多,这就会为学生管理带来一定的难度。因此,高校要结合大学生的实际情况以及管理的需求等要素,融合宽松管理的方式,为学生设计出适合的管理方案,促进学生全面发展。本文分析了宽松管理的概述,探究了现阶段在大学生管理中存在的不足,提出了宽松管理在大学生管理中应用的策略。

Student management plays an important role in university teaching management,in the new era,the enrollment scale of universities is gradually expanding,and the number of college students is also gradually increasing,which will bring some difficulties to student management.Therefore,colleges and universities should combine the actual situation of college students and management needs and other elements,integrate loose management,design suitable management scheme for students,and promote the all-round development of students.This paper analyzes the overview of loose management,explores the shortcomings in the management of college students at this stage,and puts forward the application strategies of loose management in the management of college students.
