金融发展、技术创新与产业结构耦合协调性研究——呼包鄂城市群视角

Research on Coupling Coordination of Financial Development,Technological Innovation and Industrial Structure——From the Perspective of the Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos Urban Agglomeration

呼包鄂城市群是内蒙古经济增长的主要引擎和经济核心区域,对内蒙古转变经济发展方式和实现经济高质量发展具有重要意义。本文选取2009—2018年呼包鄂地区的相关数据研究支持呼包鄂城市群金融发展、技术创新与产业结构协调发展耦合问题。首先,构建金融发展、技术创新与产业结构的评价指标体系,采用熵值法客观赋权,计算出呼包鄂城市群金融发展、技术创新与产业结构的综合发展指数;其次,通过耦合协调模型,实证分析呼包鄂城市群金融发展、技术创新与产业结构耦合协调度的动态演化过程与机制,探究在三系统耦合协调过程中究竟是哪个发挥了更大的作用;再次,通过灰色关联分析,分别对影响呼包鄂城市群金融发展、技术创新与产业结构耦合协调度的具体因素进行分析,剖析存在的问题及制约因素;最后,给出本文的研究结论,并提出相应的对策与建议。

The Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos urban agglomeration is the main engine and the core economic region of Inner Mongolia's economic growth,which is of great significance for Inner Mongolia to transform its economic development mode and achieve high-quality economic development.In this paper,the relevant data of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos urban agglomeration from 2009 to 2018 are selected to study the coupling of financial development,technological innovation and coordinated development of industrial structure in this region.Firstly,the evaluation index system of financial development,technological innovation and industrial structure is constructed.The comprehensive development index of financial development,technological innovation and industrial structure in Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos urban agglomeration is calculated by entropy method.Secondly,through the coupling coordination model,the dynamic evolution process and mechanism of the coupling coordination degree of financial development,technological innovation and industrial structure in this region is empirically analyzed.Besides,which contributor has played a greater role in the coupling coordination process of the three systems,namely,financial development and industrial structure,technological innovation and industrial structure,or financial development and technological innovation,is explored.Thirdly,through grey relational analysis,the specific influencing factors affecting the financial development,technological innovation and industrial structure coupling coordination of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos urban agglomeration are analyzed,and the existing problems and constraints are probed.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is given,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
