后腹腔镜根治性肾切除术治疗T_(2)期肾癌的近远期疗效

Short-term and long-term efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in the treatment of patients with T_(2) stage renal cancer

目的探索腹腔镜根治性肾切除术治疗T_(2)期肾癌的近远期疗效。方法选择2016年2月10日至2020年1月10日收治的80例T_(2)期肾癌患者作为研究对象,采用单双号随机化分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用开放根治性肾切除术治疗,观察组采用后腹腔镜根治性肾切除术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、术后首次进食时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组的BUN、Scr水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组随访后3、6个月的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用后腹腔镜根治性肾切除术治疗T_(2)期肾癌患者的近远期疗效显著。

Objective To explore the short-term and long-term efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in the treatment of patients with T_(2)stage renal cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with T_(2)stage renal cancer admitted from February 10,2016 to January 10,2020 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by odd-even randomized grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open radical nephrectomy,and the observation group was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation duration,postoperative first feeding time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).On 7 d after treatment,the levels of BUN and Scr in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on 3 and 6 months after follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in the treatment of patients with T_(2)stage renal cancer has significant short-term and long-term efficacy.
