综合疗法治疗微小度数斜视性弱视患儿的临床效果

Clinical effect of comprehensive therapy in children with minor strabismus amblyopia

目的探讨综合疗法治疗微小度数斜视性弱视患儿的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将120例微小度数斜视性弱视患儿分为常规组与综合组,各60例。按照不同弱视程度将综合组患儿分为轻度组(23例)、中度组(24例)、重度组(13例)。常规组实施遮盖治疗,综合组在常规组的基础上实施综合疗法。比较各组间的临床疗效、P-VEP指标及视力。结果综合组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,常规组和综合组的P-VEP潜伏期均缩短,P-VEP振幅及视力均增大,且综合组优于常规组(P<0.05)。轻度组、中度组及重度组的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,轻度组的P-VEP潜伏期短于中度组及重度组,P-VEP振幅及视力大于中度组及重度组(P<0.05);治疗后,中度组的P-VEP潜伏期短于重度组,P-VEP振幅及视力大于重度组(P<0.05)。结论综合疗法治疗微小度数斜视性弱视患儿的效果显著,可有效促进患儿视力的恢复,其中轻度弱视患儿可获得更好的疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy in children with minor strabismus amblyopia.Methods A total of 120 children with minor strabismus amblyopia were divided into routine group and comprehensive group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.According to the degree of amblyopia,the children in the comprehensive group were divided into mild group(23 cases),moderate group(24 cases)and severe group(13 cases).The routine group was given masking therapy,and the comprehensive group was given comprehensive therapy on the basis of the routine group.The clinical efficacy,P-VEP indexes and visual acuity were compared among groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,P-VEP latency shortened,P-VEP amplitude and visual acuity increased in the routine group and the comprehensive group,and those in the comprehensive group were better than the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment among the mild group,the moderate group and the severe group(P>0.05).After treatment,the P-VEP latency in the mild group was shorter than that in the moderate group and the severe group,and the P-VEP amplitude and visual acuity were greater than those in the moderate group and the severe group(P<0.05);after treatment,the P-VEP latency in the moderate group was shorter than that in the severe group,and the P-VEP amplitude and visual acuity were greater than those in the severe group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive therapy in the treatment of children with minor strabismus amblyopia has significant effect,which can effectively improve the recovery of vision,and children with mild amblyopia can obtain better curative effect.
