无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗成人安氏Ⅱ类2分类错[牙合]畸形的临床效果

Clinical effect of invisible orthodontic technique without bracket in the treatment of adult patients with Angle classⅡdivision 2 malocclusion deformity

目的观察无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗成人安氏Ⅱ类2分类错[牙合]畸形的临床效果。方法选择2017年7月至2019年6月我院40例安氏Ⅱ类2分类错[牙合]畸形患者为研究对象,使用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组采用GAC的自锁托槽进行治疗,观察组使用隐适美无托槽隐形矫治技术进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果矫治前,两组患者的SNA、SNB、ANB、MP-FH、U1-SN、U1-NA、Y轴角均无明显差异(P>0.05);矫治后,观察组的U1-SN、U1-NA低于对照组(P<0.05),其余指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。矫治前、后,两组患者的N-Me、N-ANS、ANS-M均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论与GAC技术相比,无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗成人安氏Ⅱ类2分类错[牙合]畸形效果显著,能够使患者在同样的矫治时间内获得更佳的矫治效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of invisible orthodontic technique without bracket in the treatment of adult patients with Angle classⅡdivision 2 malocclusion deformity.Methods From July 2017 to June 2019,40 patients with Angle classⅡdivision 2 malocclusion deformity in our hospital were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-ligating bracket of GAC,and the observation group was treated with invisible orthodontic technique without bracket.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before correction,there were no significant differences in SNA,SNB,ANB,MP-FH,U1-SN,U1-NA and Y-axis angle between the two groups(P>0.05);after correction,the U1-SN and U1-NA of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the other indexes had no significant differences(P>0.05).Before and after correction,there were no significant differences in N-ME,N-ANS and ANS-M between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with GAC technology,the invisible orthodontic technology without bracket is more effective in the treatment of adult patients with Angle classⅡdivision 2 malocclusion deformity,which can make the patients get better correction effect in the same treatment time.
