曲安奈德联合鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎-鼻息肉的效果及对患者复发率的影响

Effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of sinusitis-nasal polyps and its influence on the recurrence rate of patients

目的探讨曲安奈德联合鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎-鼻息肉的效果及对患者复发率的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月于我院行鼻内镜手术治疗的86例鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组给予曲安奈德联合鼻内镜手术治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的鼻腔通气时间、鼻黏膜康复时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的鼻腔黏膜纤毛系统恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、2年,观察组的疾病复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德联合鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎-鼻息肉的效果显著,能够加快患者鼻窦功能及鼻腔黏膜的恢复,缩短患者鼻腔黏膜超微结构的修复时间,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To explore the effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of sinusitis-nasal polyps and its influence on the recurrence rate of patients.Methods A total of 86 patients with sinusitis-nasal polyps who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine endoscopic sinus surgery,and the observation group was given triamcinolone acetonide combined with endoscopic sinus surgery.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nasal ventilation time,nasal mucosa recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of nasal mucociliary system in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 2 years after operation,the recurrence rates of the disease in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide combined with endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of sinusitis-nasal polyps has a significant effect,which can accelerate the recovery of sinus function and nasal mucosa,shorten the repair time of nasal mucosa ultrastructure,and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
