不同手法针刺风池穴对实验性偏头痛大鼠行为症状学指标、脑血流量及血清AC、cAMP水平的影响

Effects of acupuncture at Fengchi point with different manipulations on behavior symptomatic indexes,cerebral blood flow and serum AC and cAMP levels in experimental migraine rats

目的探讨不同手法针刺风池穴对实验性偏头痛大鼠行为症状学指标、脑血流量及血清腺苷酸环化酶(AC)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)水平的影响。方法选取40只SD大鼠(雌雄各半),根据体重均衡原则分为对照组、电针组、手针组和浅刺组,每组10只。4组大鼠均采用硝酸甘油法建立偏头痛模型;对照组大鼠建立偏头痛模型后不做处理;电针组、手针组、浅刺组大鼠分别进行电针法、传统手针法、浅刺法干预。记录并比较各组大鼠的耳红持续时间、前肢挠头持续时间、各时段挠头次数、脑血流量及血清AC、cAMP水平。结果电针组、手针组、浅刺组的大鼠耳红持续时间、前肢挠头持续时间均短于对照组,各时段挠头次数均少于对照组(P<0.05),其中电针组和手针组的各行为症状学指标优于浅刺组。电针组、手针组、浅刺组的脑血流量均高于对照组(P<0.05),其中电针组脑血流量最高;电针组、手针组、浅刺组的血清AC、cAMP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),其中电针组的血清AC、cAMP水平最低。结论不同手法针刺风池穴均能减少实验性偏头痛大鼠耳红和前肢挠头的持续时间及各时段挠头次数,升高大鼠的脑血流量,降低血清AC、cAMP水平,且电针组、手针组的治疗效果优于浅刺组。

Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture at Fengchi point with different manipulations on behavior symptomatic indexes,cerebral blood flow and serum adenylate cyclase(AC)and cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)levels in experimental migraine rats.Methods Forty SD rats(half male and half female)were selected and divided into control group,electroacupuncture group,hand acupuncture group and shallow acupuncture group according to the principle of weight balance,with 10 rats in each group.The 4 groups of rats were all used nitroglycerin to establish migraine models;the rats in the control group were not treated after the migraine model was established;the rats in the electroacupuncture group,the hand acupuncture group,and the shallow acupuncture group were respectively subjected to electroacupuncture,traditional hand acupuncture,and shallow needling interventions.Record and compare the duration of ear redness,the duration of forelimb head scratching,the number of head scratching in each period,cerebral blood flow,and serum AC and cAMP levels in each group of rats.Results The duration of ear redness and the duration of forelimb head scratching in the electroacupuncture group,the hand acupuncture group,and the shallow acupuncture group were shorter than those of the control group,and the number of head scratching in each period was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),among them,the behavior symptomatic indexes of the electroacupuncture group and the hand acupuncture group were better than those of the shallow acupuncture group.The cerebral blood flow of the electroacupuncture group,the hand acupuncture group,and the shallow acupuncture group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),among them,the cerebral blood flow of the electroacupuncture group was the highest;the serum AC and cAMP levels of the electroacupuncture group,the hand acupuncture group,and the shallow acupuncture group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),among them,the serum AC and cAMP levels of the electroacupuncture group were the lowest.Conclusion Acupuncture at Fengchi point with different manipulations can reduce the duration of ear red and forelimb head scratching,and the number of head scratching in each period of experimental migraine rats,increase the cerebral blood flow of rats,and reduce serum AC and cAMP levels.The therapeutic effects of the electroacupuncture group and the hand acupuncture group were better than those of the shallow acupuncture group.
