围术期精细化护理用于动脉灌注介入治疗股骨头无菌性坏死患者对康复效果及生活质量的影响

Influences of perioperative fine nursing on rehabilitation effect and quality of life in patients with aseptic necrosis of femoral head treated by arterial perfusion intervention

目的探讨动脉灌注介入治疗股骨头无菌性坏死患者围术期精细化护理的效果。方法将本院接受动脉灌注介入治疗的44例股骨头无菌性坏死患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各22例。对照组围术期行常规护理,观察组围术期行精细化护理。观察两组护理效果。结果出院时,观察组的疾病知识各维度评分均高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组Harris评分和关节功能优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组的SF-36量表各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论股骨头无菌性坏死患者动脉灌注介入治疗期间加强围术期精细化护理干预,可有效提高患者疾病认知,改善术后关节功能和生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative fine nursing in patients with aseptic necrosis of femoral head treated by arterial perfusion intervention.Methods Forty-four patients with aseptic necrosis of the femoral head who received arterial perfusion interventional therapy were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 22 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period,and the observation group received fine nursing during perioperative period.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results At discharge,the scores of disease knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the Harris score and the excellent and good rate of joint function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of SF-36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine perioperative nursing intervention in patients with aseptic necrosis of the femoral head during arterial perfusion interventional therapy can effectively improve the patient's disease cognition,and improve the postoperative joint function and quality of life.
