“公共性”研究应注意的几个问题

随着中国市场化取向改革开放的深入,人们的主体意识、公民意识日益自觉起来,对公共事务、公共生活和公共精神的关注和要求也日益增多。相应地,对公共性的研究成为一个理论热点,歧见纷纭也在所难免。本文认为,哲学层面的公共性研究,要注意东西方语境和学科视角的差别,要有一种自觉的批判精神和民主启蒙意识,力求找准当代中国的真问题,为实现中国现代化起到应有作用。

With the deepening of reform and opening up with market orientation in China,people’s subjective consciousness and citizen consciousness are becoming more and more conscious,and their attention and requirements for public affairs,public life and public spirit are also increasing.Correspondingly,the research on publicness becomes an academic hotspot,and the emergence of divergent opinions is inevitable.In this paper,it is thought that research on publicness from the philosophical aspect should pay attention to the difference between the eastern and western contexts and to the difference among various disciplinary perspectives.It also should have a self-conscious critical spirit and democratic consciousness of enlightenment,striving to capture the real problems of contemporary China and playing the due role in the realization of national modernization.
