摘要
随着环境问题的日益突出,冷冻冷藏行业制冷剂的应用也面临新的选择。本文主要介绍了在低GWP应用趋势下,适用于冷冻冷藏的多种低GWP制冷剂的应用情况。这些制冷剂可分别用于R134a和R404A制冷剂的替代。选择适应未来的制冷剂,需要从平衡性能(能力能效)、安全性(可燃性和毒性)和可持续性(GWP值限制)、商业化状态、全生命周期成本等多方面因素综合考虑。通过案例比较了人工合成制冷剂与CO_(2)在全生命周期内的CO_(2)当量排放和运行成本。
With the increasing concern for environmental problems,the application of refrigerant in refrigeration industry has new choices as well.This paper mainly introduces the application of variety of low GWP refrigerant in refrigeration industry.These refrigerants can be used respectively as alternative for R134 a and R404 A.The selection of future refrigerant needs to balance the performance(cooling capacity and efficiency),safety(flammability and toxicity),sustainability(limitation of GWP),commercial status and life cycle cost.We used the real case to compare CO_(2) and artificial synthesis refrigerant in terms of CO_(2) equivalent emission and operation cost,the result showed that CO_(2) was not the best selection in refrigeration industry.
