摘要
在交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆的服役过程中,由电缆过热所引发的热老化会对XLPE电缆绝缘造成不可避免的损害,导致XLPE电缆绝缘性能下降,缩短电缆的使用寿命。阐述了XLPE电缆绝缘的热老化机理,综述了热老化过程对XLPE电缆绝缘微观结构、电荷输运特性和介电性能的影响:老化温度的不同会在一定程度上影响热氧降解过程对XLPE电缆绝缘的晶体结构破坏方式,而XLPE的宏观性能与其晶体结构密切相关,因此在不同老化温度下XLPE的介电性能及电荷输运特性也有所差异。
During the service of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)cable,the thermal aging caused by onerheating of the cable will inevitably damage the insulation of the XLPE cable,resulting in a decrease in the performance of XLPE cable insulation and a shortened cable life.In this paper,the thermal aging mechanism of XLPE is expounded and the effects of thermal aging on the micro-structure,charge transport properties and dielectric performance of XLPE cable insulation are reviewed:Different aging temperatures will affect the crystal structure destruction of XLPE cable insulation in the process of thermal oxygen degradation to a certain extent,and the macroscopic properties of XLPE are closely related to its crystal structure.Therefore,the dielectric properties and charge transport characteristics of XLPE are also different at different aging temperatures.
