摘要
本文基于对陕西省铜川市耀州区典型乡村W村的调研,试对乡村治理的困境、未来发展作进一步的探索,并且在这一过程中,提出一个旨在构建农村治理现代化的模式,那就是人治与法治的结合,对于进一步推进国家治理现代化建设有着重要意义。
Based on the research on typical rural W Village in Yaozhou District,Tongchuan City,Shaanxi Province,we try to further explore the dilemma of rural governance and future development,and propose a model for rural governance modernization,which is the combination of human governance and rule of law and is of great significance to further promote the modernization of national governance.
