地方农林高等院校创建“农民发展学院”的几点思考

Some Thoughts on the Establishment of"Farmer Development College"in Local Agriculture and Forestry Universities

“乡村振兴,人才是关键”,农民是乡村振兴的主体也是农业发展主体。“有文化、懂技术、善经营、会管理”的高素质农民承载着中国农业农村的未来。作者认为,农民正在加速演化成新时代的一个新的职业群体,地方农林高等院校有必要通过创建“农民发展学院”这样一个专门机构来培育高素质农民,引领农民培育走上科学化、专业化、专门化的道路。

"Talents are the key to Rural Revitalization",and farmers are the main body of Rural Revitalization and agricultural development.The high-quality farmers with"knowledge,technology,management and administration"are the basis of the future of China's rural areas.The author thinks that farmers are rapidly evolving into a new professional group in the new era.It is necessary for local agricultural and forestry colleges to cultivate high-quality farmers by creating a specialized institution such as"farmers Development Research Institute",so as to lead the farmers'cultivation to a scientific,professional and specialized way.
