Study on the Countermeasures of Party Building Leading Rural Effective Governance under the Background of Rural Revitalization

文章首先分析了目前存在于我国乡村治理中的问题,然后提出党建引领乡村有效治理对策,最后提出新时期在乡村完善以党的组织传统为"体"的新型治理体系,以推动乡村有效治理的实现。

This paper first analyzes the problems existing in rural governance in China,then puts forward the countermeasures that Party building leads the effective governance in rural areas,and finally puts forward that the new governance system with the organizational tradition of the Party as its body should be perfected in rural areas in the new period to promote the realization of effective governance in rural areas.
