党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央,在全面承继优秀传统文化和党中央历代领导集体的政治智慧的基础上,创造性地提出“党内政治文化建设”重要思想。“党内政治文化”这个概念具有三个核心维度,明确了党内政治文化建设的思想内涵和实践方向。第一个维度是根植于中国共产党的历史,强调马克思主义基本原理与中国特色社会主义的密切结合;第二个维度基于新时代执政党建设的实践,明确党内政治文化建设的建设方向和原则要求;第三个维度是基于中国的传统文化,凸显孕育党内政治文化建设的优秀文化基因。

Since the 18th Party Congress,the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has creatively put forward to the important thought of"Inner-Party Political Culture Construction"on the basis of inheriting the excellent traditional culture and the political wisdom of the collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee.The concept of"Inner-Party Political Culture"has three core dimensions,which defines the ideological connotation and practical direction of Inner-Party Political Culture construction.The first dimension is rooted in the history of the Communist Party of China,emphasizing the close combination of the basic principles of Marxism and socialism with Chinese characteristics;The second dimension is based on the practice of the construction of the ruling party in the new era,clarifying the direction and principles of the construction of the party's political culture;The third dimension is based on China's traditional culture,highlighting the excellent cultural gene that breeds the political and cultural construction within the party.
